SHIPPING ORIGIN
To maintain our premium quality and direct-from-artisan pricing, our LogPaw™ collections are carefully inspected and shipped directly from our specialized fulfillment center in Chengdu, China.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We use premium international lines to ensure your package arrives safely:
United States: 7-12 business days.
United Kingdom & Europe: 8-14 business days.
Canada & Australia: 10-15 business days.

SHIPPING RATES
FREE Shipping: On all orders over $45.00 USD.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 USD for orders under $45.00 USD.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
