Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
At LogPaw™, we want you and your small friends to be 100% happy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un组装 (unassembled), and in its original packaging. 

RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us at diy@logpaw.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES (IMPORTANT)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Since our products are made of natural wood, if you find any structural cracks or missing parts that affect the safety of your pet, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
